Full-Time Receptionist - Faith-Based Addiction Recovery Clinic We are seeking a compassionate, professional full-time receptionist to join our faith-based addiction recovery clinic. Our mission is to support individuals on their recovery journey with patient-focused, life-changing, non-judgmental care. The ideal candidate will reflect these values, providing a warm and respectful first impression to every person who walks through our doors. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, reliable, and committed to serving others with dignity and empathy. Primary Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls promptly and courteously, directing callers or providing information as needed Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments using clinic scheduling systems Check patients in and out efficiently, ensuring all registration and documentation is accurate Maintain a calm, welcoming reception area and provide support to patients and families Perform other duties as assigned to support clinic operations and patient care Qualifications Three to five years of medical office experience is preferred. Candidates should be professional, well organized, reliable, and able to handle sensitive information with discretion. Strong communication skills, basic computer proficiency, and an ability to multi-task are essential. A heart for people struggling with addiction and a desire to make a meaningful difference within a faith-centered team are strongly encouraged.
