Part-Time Receptionist / Front Desk Ted Russell Ford Kingston Pike & Parkside

Ted Russell Ford is hiring a Part-Time Front Desk Receptionist to support operations at our Kingston Pike and Parkside Drive dealership locations in Knoxville. We are seeking a reliable, organized professional with prior receptionist, administrative assistant, or front desk experience . This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced automotive dealership environment and enjoys providing excellent customer service.

Schedule Requirements:

Monday-Friday available between 8am and 8:00 PM Required availability: Fridays, Saturdays (8 am until 8:00 PM), and Sundays (1:00 PM-6:00 PM) 15-20 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

Answer and route high-volume inbound calls to Sales, Service, and Parts departments Greet and assist customers at the front desk Process new and transfer vehicle registrations Maintain organized vehicle key inventory (new & pre-owned) Perform light administrative and clerical support tasks

Qualifications:

Previous receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience preferred Strong communication and phone skills Organized with attention to detail Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to multitask in a dealership setting

Job Details:
