Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and professional Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, handle multi-line phone systems, and provide exceptional customer service to visitors and clients. Your organizational skills and office management expertise will ensure smooth daily operations, creating a positive first impression for everyone who walks through our doors. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your administrative and clerical skills in a dynamic environment. Duties Greet visitors, clients, and vendors with a friendly, professional demeanor, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries efficiently using proper phone etiquette Handle appointment scheduling, calendar management, and coordinate meetings or appointments as needed Perform data entry, filing, and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other office management tools Support office management tasks such as supply ordering, mail distribution, and basic bookkeeping with QuickBooks or similar software Assist with clerical duties including proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and supporting administrative projects Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally in person or via phone or email Qualifications Proven office experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry skills Experience with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette is essential Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively Prior experience as a receptionist in medical or dental offices is a plus but not required Strong typing skills with the ability to manage calendar scheduling efficiently Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professionalism at all times Clerical experience including filing, proofreading, and document management is preferred Ability to prioritize tasks effectively using time management techniques and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding service while honing your administrative expertise.
