$23 - $25 per hour shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM education: High School Responsibilities Core Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact, greeting employees and guests with a professional demeanor while managing a multi-line phone system. Coordinate meeting room calendars and ensure shared office areas are consistently clean, organized, and fully prepared for use. Manage daily logistics, including incoming/outgoing mail, courier deliveries, and maintaining a robust inventory of office supplies. Handle the distribution of access cards, parking passes, and nameplates, while assisting with the administrative details of onboarding and offboarding. Update company directories on SharePoint and accurately process expense reports. Provide hands-on support for internal culture events, monthly celebrations, and team gatherings. Assist with specialized administrative tasks, such as coordinating travel arrangements for job candidates.
