• Part-time, Full-time Candlewood Suites Nashville Metro Center is seeking a professional, friendly, and dependable Front Desk Agent to serve as the first point of contact for our guests.

In this key role, you'll ensure a smooth check‑in/check‑out process, manage reservations, and deliver outstanding service that aligns with IHG brand standards. This position may include 1st shift (7am-3pm), 2nd shift (3pm-11pm), or Night Audit (11pm-7am) . Weekend availability is required.

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Check‑In / Check‑Out Use the Hotel Key PMS to accurately check guests in and out Provide a warm, welcoming, and professional guest experience IHG Brand Standards Complete all required IHG training modules Follow daily checklists, procedures, and service expectations Deposits & Payments Accurately take deposits and process electronic payments Handle guest billing with attention to detail and accuracy Reservations Route, manage, and update reservations Ensure guest requests and special accommodations are properly documented Guest Service Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly Maintain a positive, solution‑focused approach to guest interactions Communication Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management Support smooth daily operations and room readiness Qualifications Prior hotel or customer service experience preferred Familiarity with Hotel Key or similar PMS is a plus Excellent communication and multitasking skills Professional appearance and demeanor Dependable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts (including weekends/holidays) Strong attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction Why Join Candlewood Suites?
