Veterinary Receptionist

Overview Tri-County Small Animal Hospital offers a friendly working environment with a client/patient focus. You:

Have a positive attitude Are reliable and have an easy-going personality Love working in a small general practice with a friendly & supportive staff Stay calm and effective in a busy, sometimes high-stress environment Have strong computer skills and comfort learning software systems Are experienced in client services/ customer service in an animal care setting (or are very willing to learn!) Have a desire to build long-term relationships with pet parents & the community Job Duties Greeting clients and their pets in a welcoming, friendly manner Checking clients in for appointments/surgeries/boarding/grooming Ensuring smooth flow of daily operations Receiving payments and checking clients out Preparing digital documents and estimates for appointments, surgeries, and boarding Balancing transactions at the end of the day Answering our multi-line phone and making reminder phone calls Scheduling appointments and educating clients Ordering products, creating monthly reports, and general cleaning Our Location Our hospital is located just outside of Oak Ridge, in Oliver Springs, Tennessee.
