Position:

Box Office Keyholder Join Our Team! Love working with people and being part of a fun, fast paced environment? We're looking for an enthusiastic and friendly Box Office Clerk to be the smiling face (and helpful voice!) of our team. You'll play a key role in creating a great first impression for our guests while helping them get ready to enjoy an amazing show.

What You'll Be Doing:

Answer incoming calls and connect guests with the right team members Welcome guests with a smile and help guide them where they need to go Sell tickets and handle payments with accuracy and care Keep the front-of-house area clean, organized, and inviting Assist with general office tasks and daily operations Jump in wherever help is needed to keep things running smoothly Work side by side with a supportive and energetic team Take on new tasks and challenges with a positive attitude

What We're Looking For:

High School Diploma or GED No experience? No problem, we'll train the right person! Great communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn Customer service experience is a bonus, but not required
