Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and professional Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, and support office management functions. Your positive attitude, excellent organizational skills, and ability to multitask will ensure a smooth and efficient office environment. Duties Greet visitors warmly and direct them appropriately, ensuring a positive first impression Answer multi-line phone systems promptly and professionally, providing exceptional customer support Manage appointment scheduling and calendar management using various digital tools Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records Operate office equipment such as fax machines, copiers, and printers efficiently Maintain organized files and assist with clerical tasks including mail distribution and supply management Support office management activities including bookkeeping with QuickBooks and basic bookkeeping tasks Requirements Proven experience in office management or administrative roles, preferably as a receptionist or in clerical support Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications Excellent phone etiquette with experience managing multi-line phone systems Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently Experience with data entry, filing systems, proofreading, and calendar management tools Knowledge of medical or dental receptionist duties is a plus but not required Personal assistant or medical receptionist experience is advantageous but not mandatory Join us to be part of a vibrant team where your organizational talents and customer service skills will shine!
