Receptionist Pet Front Desk

not a must but would be nice and we can train if needed . Suite Life Pet Resort is looking for an front desk pet receptionist to work our AM and PM shift

• Monday to Friday from 7am
• 1pm or 1pm
• 7pm and also work reception on rotating Saturdays from 8am
• 2pm. On-call shifts are on a rotating basis and will begin after proper training. This part-time position will work 24-30 hours per week. Pay rate is $13.00 per hour, Eligible for tips after 30 days. Applicants MUST be able to work either our AM shift: 7AM
• 1PM or PM shift: 1 PM
• 7PM, Monday
• Friday and rotating Saturdays from 8 AM
• 2 PM .

We will discuss the schedule which will be rotating . We have very busy phones and lobby and we are looking for someone who is friendly, dependable, reliable , and will show up for work when scheduled. Providing excellent customer service is a very big deal at Suite Life! Additional required skills are being very detail-oriented, calm, and organized. Must be able to answer the phone and deal with customers at the same time. Must also have reliable transportation to work . The ideal applicant will have very good computer skills (Paw Partner experience a plus) and be able to learn Suite Life's booking and payment software. Applicants must be very comfortable around dogs of all sizes and temperaments and must be able to lift at least 50 lbs. Selling skills are desired, as well

• upselling dog toys and pet items to our clients at check-out.

In this job, there is also a lot of bending, twisting, kneeling, and pulling. Dogs like to bark so must be comfortable with a sometimes very noisy environment. Applicants must have either a High School diploma or a GED. Summary As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, playing a vital role in delivering excellent customer service. Your core skills in computer literacy, office experience, and phone etiquette will be essential as you manage multi-line phone systems and assist with various administrative tasks. With a high school diploma or GED, you will utilize your organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure smooth operations at the front desk. Answer and manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately. Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and calendar management. Utilize computer skills to maintain records and assist with administrative duties. Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations.
