Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Part-Time or Full-Time Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients and callers, providing excellent customer service while completing the daily administrative tasks. Duties Greet visitors, clients, and vendors with enthusiasm and professionalism, creating a positive first impression Answer multi-line phone systems promptly and courteously, directing calls efficiently Manage patient appointment scheduling Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records Maintain a clean and organized front desk area Provide customer support by addressing inquiries via phone or email with excellent phone etiquette Assist with maintaining waiting and front desk area cleanliness and organization Requirements Proven medical office experience or administrative background with strong organizational skills preferred Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), and data entry skills Experience with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette essential for managing high call volumes Bilingual abilities are highly preferred, but not a requirement Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a busy medical environment Strong attention to detail for proofreading documents and managing medical records accurately Ability to manage time effectively while handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously
