Business Hours:

Monday through Friday 7am-8pm, Saturday 7am-6pm and Sunday 8am-6pm Gully Animal Hospital is currently seeking highly motivated applicants to join our team as Veterinary Receptionists. We are a fast-paced, 5 doctor practice looking for compassionate individuals interested in a long-term relationship with us and our clients. We offer an array of preventative medicine, internal medicine, soft tissue and orthopedic surgeries. We have a full suite of in-house diagnostics, digital radiology, and ultrasound. People skills and a sense of humor are essential. Veterinary experience is required. Cornerstone software experience is a plus.

• Receptionist abilities:
• Answer the phone in a polite/professional manner; identify patient and client's needs
• Schedule appointments, call and confirm appointments
• Taking messages and prescription requests
• Checking clients in and out
• Communicate well with staff and clients both verbally and nonverbally
• Welcoming clients as they come into the clinic
• Escorting clients into exam rooms
• Keep front of the clinic and exam rooms neat and clean
• Be able to identify an emergency and respond accordingly
• Handling animals is required
• Candidates must be able to spell, alphabetize, and perform basic mathematics.
