Front Desk Associate - Patient Experience & Sales Alchemy Beauty | Boutique Med Spa Austin, TX Are you passionate about aesthetics, love building relationships, and enjoy working toward goals? Alchemy Beauty is seeking a warm, driven, high-performing Front Desk Associate to join our growing boutique med spa. This is not a passive "sit behind the desk" role. You will be the face of our practice — creating exceptional experiences, driving rebooking and memberships, and supporting daily sales growth. Key Responsibilities Deliver a polished, five-star welcome to every client Build strong client relationships that increase retention and memberships Educate clients on services, skincare, packages, and promotions Confidently discuss pricing and recommend appropriate treatments Optimize rebooking and help achieve daily and monthly sales goals Manage scheduling, phones, text communication, and follow-ups Process payments and ensure seamless checkout Support marketing initiatives, events, and in-house promotions Maintain organized clinic flow and assist team members as needed What We're Looking For Outgoing, emotionally intelligent, and confident communicator Comfortable discussing pricing and closing sales Self-motivated and proactive — you look for ways to improve and grow Organized and detail-oriented in a busy environment Passionate about aesthetics, wellness, and client care Experience in med spa, aesthetics, retail sales, or hospitality preferred We are looking for someone who takes ownership, brings positive energy, and wants to grow with a thriving business — not someone looking for a temporary desk job.
