ASAP bout the Role We're looking for a polished, hospitality-driven Receptionist to elevate the day-to-day office experience. This role is ideal for someone with a background in concierge, front desk, or hospitality who thrives in a client-facing environment. You'll be the go-to person for creating a seamless, high-touch experience for employees and guests—ensuring everything runs smoothly across the office. What You'll Do Provide 5-star customer service to employees and guests Greet and register visitors, ensuring a warm and professional welcome Act as the main point of contact for workplace requests Support meetings (room setup, AV, catering, etc.) Conduct regular office walkthroughs to maintain a clean, organized space Manage supplies, deliveries, and packages Assist with light administrative tasks (Microsoft Office) Troubleshoot access cards, coordinate with security, and handle general inquiries What We're Looking For 3+ years of experience in hospitality, concierge, or front desk support Strong communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized with the ability to multitask Professional, upbeat, and service-oriented mindset Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team Proficient in Microsoft Office Ideal Candidate Hospitality-focused with a "no task too small" attitude Reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented Naturally personable and enjoys helping others Comfortable in a fast-paced, client-facing environment Additional Details Temp-to-perm opportunity (strong potential for full-time conversion) No parking provided Why Apply?
