Job Description

QOROS is seeking a Front Desk Coordinator for a busy Cardiology private practice located in Bay City, TX. The Front Desk Coordinator is the initial point of contact for patients and visitors both in
  • person and over the phone.
Must effectively participate as a team player while performing a variety of functions in the front office in a kind and friendly manner offering an exceptional experience to all patients and visitors.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 1
  • year Front Desk experience in a high
  • volume healthcare setting Knowledge of verifying insurances and obtaining authorizations Knowledge of basic medical terminology (Cardiology experience helpful) High school diploma or GED EMR experience Exceptional customer service-oriented attitude Must be self-motivated, well
  • organized and work well in a high
  • volume healthcare setting
