As a Front Desk Associate, you will support both the sweepstakes and poker sides of the business. We're looking for someone dependable, organized, and comfortable using computers and handling cash.

Key Responsibilities:

Sweepstakes Side:

Handle cash transactions accurately Load and redeem player sweepstakes accounts Cash out players when redeeming winnings

Poker Room Duties:

Register players for poker tournaments Load tournament information and open tables Verify player memberships Clock players in and out during live cash games

General Front Desk Duties:

Answer phone calls professionally Enter data accurately into our systems Greet and assist players as they enter Maintain a friendly and welcoming environment ✅

Requirements:

Must be 18 years or older Comfortable with cash handling Strong computer and data entry skills Friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Able to multitask in a busy environment No prior experience necessary — training provided

Position Details:

Part-time hours 12:30 pm - 6pm On-the-job training included Fun, fast-paced environment Opportunity to grow in the gaming & hospitality industry Pay will be discussed during the interview
