Weekend Receptionist - Part Time The Job The receptionist will provide support to the Administrative Team and the Community as a whole by being the liaison between visitors and personnel. Position and Schedule Weekend Receptionist Part Time 8am to 4pm Essential Duties & Responsibilities Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately. Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival. Maintains security and telecommunications system. Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries. Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories. Operates telecommunication system by following manufacturer's instructions for house phone and console operation. Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Works closely with the Administrative team and handles additional duties when assigned and as needed. Handles coding and submitting bills and invoices to the AR department.
