What You'll Do Greet clients and create a welcoming first impression Manage appointments and walk-ins efficiently Answer phones, texts, and booking inquiries Handle checkout and process payments Keep the front desk and lobby organized and professional Assist with daily shop operations and team communication Help maintain a positive, upbeat customer experience Support social media content or promotions when needed What We're Looking For Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills Reliable, punctual, and highly organized Ability to multitask in a busy environment Customer service or receptionist experience preferred Comfortable using booking software, phones, and POS systems Team-oriented attitude with a professional appearance Someone who brings positive energy to the shop every day Why Join Galindo's?
