DFW Combat Co. is the leading martial arts and self-defense training center in North Texas , proudly serving the community for over 26 years. As the original Krav Maga training facility in Texas , we provide a variety of programs, including Krav Maga, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ), Muay Thai, and Kids' Martial Arts classes . Our gym is more than a fitness center—we're a community built on teamwork, personal growth, and empowerment . We pride ourselves on creating an environment where members and staff alike can develop practical skills, build confidence, and achieve real results .

Job Responsibilities:

As a Front Desk Receptionist, you'll be the face of DFW Combat Co. , welcoming guests and supporting our day-to-day operations.

Your primary tasks will include:

Greeting members and visitors with a friendly, professional demeanor Managing check-ins, scheduling, and membership accounts Handling phone and email inquiries with excellent customer service Conducting gym tours and enrolling new members Following up with prospective members from our active lead system to close sales Keeping the facility clean and organized to ensure a welcoming atmosphere Assisting with retail sales of merchandise and gear We bring in a steady flow of qualified leads through our robust marketing program , and we expect our front desk team to achieve at least a 50% close rate on new memberships . Our ideal candidate will possess the following qualities: Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Integrity, reliability, and punctuality Comfortable with sales and motivated to achieve goals Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently In addition, the following technical skills are required or highly desired: Proficiency in MS Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook) Experience with scheduling systems and POS systems is strongly preferred Design skills (familiarity with Canva, Adobe products) are a plus but not required
