We are searching for one new receptionist to assist with answering calls from current and prospective clients, courts, attorneys and law firm staff. The hired receptionist will be expected to professionally answer the phone each time it rings during office hours, gather the caller's name and reason for calling and attempt to transfer the call to the appropriate staff member. The job will require the receptionist to make notes in the firm's case management system for any messages that are left, including appropriate call back information. There will also be responsibilities for sending and receiving mail, scanning documents, greeting visitors, and assisting with maintaining the files of the firm.
