In it's reimagining, the 407 room downtown hotel recalls a grand European home. This individual has a natural ability to brighten a room and create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. This allows them to connect, recommend services and answer any spa questions. This team members responsibilities include the greeting of all guests, answering phone calls with a smile on their face, assisting guests with questions regarding spa services and products, booking all appointments, checking the guest into the system and charging for services performed.
