Day Shift Help for . We are seeking a friendly, professional, and dependable Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our company.
The Receptionist will greet and assist customers and visitors, answer incoming phone calls, respond to inquiries, schedule appointments,
and provide general administrative support to ensure the office operates smoothly.
Job Responsibility
- -Greet customers, visitors, and employees in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Answer and direct incoming telephone calls.
- Respond to customer questions and provide accurate information.
- Schedule and confirm appointments or meetings.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
- Receive and distribute mail, packages, and other correspondence.
- Perform data entry, filing, scanning, copying, and other general office duties.
- Maintain accurate records and update customer or company information as needed.
- Assist other employees and departments with administrative tasks.
- Handle confidential information professionally and maintain customer privacy.
- Provide excellent customer service at all times.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
Previous receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional and friendly attitude.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
Basic computer skills, including email, Microsoft Office, and/or other office software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
Bilingual English/Spanish
Work Schedule Full/part time position. Work schedule and hours will be discussed during the interview process. Compensation Pay will be based on experience and qualifications.
