Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and highly organized Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and team members, ensuring a smooth and professional experience. Your positive attitude, exceptional communication skills, and ability to juggle multiple responsibilities will help create a warm and efficient environment. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your office management skills while supporting daily operations across various departments. Duties Greet visitors warmly and direct them appropriately, maintaining excellent customer service standards Manage multi-line phone systems to handle incoming calls efficiently and professionally Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools Perform data entry, filing, and maintain accurate records with attention to detail and proofreading skills Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and mail distribution Support office management tasks such as supply inventory, document organization, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar software Assist with clerical duties including typing reports, maintaining files, and ensuring proper office etiquette at all times Experience Prior office experience or administrative support roles demonstrating strong organizational skills Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications Experience with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette in a professional setting Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clients and team members effectively Familiarity with clerical tasks such as data entry, proofreading, filing, and calendar management Knowledge of medical or dental receptionist duties is a plus but not required Personal assistant or medical receptionist experience can be advantageous for handling specialized scheduling or client interactions Join us to be part of a dynamic team where your organizational talents and customer service excellence will shine!
