Experience:
Proven experience in a front desk, receptionist, or administrative role is required for this position
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification or relevant training is a plus
Language:
English required (Spanish is a plus) to communicate with clients and staff. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Driver's License:
Not required for this position
Requirements:
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment Proficient in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and phone systems Basic knowledge of billing or point-of-sale systems preferred Friendly, professional demeanor with a strong customer service mindset
Duties:
The ideal candidate will support day-to-day operations, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain a well-organized work environment. Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner Schedule, confirm, and manage client appointments Greet clients and provide a welcoming experience Charge clients and handle payments accurately Maintain up-to-date client records and filing systems (physical and digital) Organize and create new client files as needed Monitor, order, and restock office and operational supplies Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, scanning, and copying Maintain a clean and organized front desk and common areas Support team members and management with additional tasks as assigned
