The ideal candidate will support day-to-day operations, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain a well-organized work environment. Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner Schedule, confirm, and manage client appointments Greet clients and provide a welcoming experience Charge clients and handle payments accurately Maintain up-to-date client records and filing systems (physical and digital) Organize and create new client files as needed Monitor, order, and restock office and operational supplies Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, scanning, and copying Maintain a clean and organized front desk and common areas Support team members and management with additional tasks as assignedSimilar remote jobs
