Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Receptionist to be a welcoming face of our dental office. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, handle multi-line phone systems, and provide exceptional customer service to visitors, clients, and team members. Your organizational skills and professional demeanor will ensure smooth daily operations and a positive first impression for everyone who walks through our doors. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your office management and administrative expertise in a fast-paced environment. This position is ideally filled by someone with previous dental office experience, as well as dental assisting back- ground. Responsibilities Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and professionally using proper phone etiquette Handle incoming correspondence, emails, and inquiries with accuracy and professionalism Maintain organized filing systems, data entry records, and manage document proofreading as needed Support office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling Assist with clerical duties including filing, photocopying, scanning, and maintaining office supplies Provide customer support by addressing questions or concerns promptly and courteously Support administrative functions such as time management, scheduling meetings, and managing personal assistant responsibilities if required Skills Proven experience in front desk or office administration roles with strong organizational skills Excellent computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette to handle calls professionally Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively Strong clerical experience including data entry, filing, proofreading, and document management Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to support clients and team members courteously Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently with excellent time management skills Previous experience in medical or dental receptionist roles is advantageous but not required Personal assistant experience or office management background will be considered beneficial Join our team to become an essential part of our vibrant dental office dedicated to delivering outstanding service.
