Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and organized Office Assistant/Receptionist to join our team! Duties Greet visitors warmly, manage front desk operations, and ensure a professional first impression Answer multi-line phone systems promptly with courteous phone etiquette; direct calls efficiently Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records Support office management tasks including supply inventory, mail distribution, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks Assist with customer support inquiries via phone or email, providing timely and helpful responses Maintain organized files, process incoming correspondence, and support administrative projects as needed Experience Prior office experience or clerical background demonstrating strong organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and professional phone etiquette Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clients and staff effectively Experience with QuickBooks or basic bookkeeping is a plus Strong typing skills with attention to detail for data entry and proofreading tasks Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a busy environment Join us to be part of a vibrant team where your organizational talents and customer service skills will shine!
