Front Desk Associate Real Hot Yoga- Frisco Frisco, TX Job Details Part-time $10 an hour 7 hours ago Benefits Free fitness classes Qualifications Guest relations Fitness sales Technology management Prospecting Empathy Full Job Description Looking for a candidate who has a passion for yoga, abundant positive energy, a caring and empathetic personality. Perks free yoga membership at the studio. Duties Greet guests (by name, where possible) upon arrival Answer calls from customers and staff Provide excellent customer service working to answer customer questions Give tours to new prospective customers and educate them about our services Collect payments before each class and ensure that clients have paid for attended sessions Educate customers on the various memberships and packages offered Ensure that customers understand the benefits and differences of each option Present options to maintain customers rather than cancellation of memberships. Open and/or close the studio at the beginning/end of the day Inspect and maintain appearance and cleanliness of the location Manage the technology at the location (including computers, music, video) Create the perfect environment via audio (music), light and temperature Interact with key vendors to maintain the facility, electronics, cleanliness, etc. Cleaning of the studio space i.e.: mopping floor, cleaning showers rooms, restrooms, lobby etc. Make sales calls to potential leads
