Prospecting Full Job Description About Us:
7 Notes Modern Music School is in the Stonebriar area of Frisco. We specialize in Yamaha Group Piano for young children and offer private lessons in piano, guitar, and violin for students of all ages. We've been building musicians and a close community since 2013. The Role We're hiring a dependable, long-term team member to manage front-of-house operations and drive student growth. This is a hands-on, highly interactive position centered on family communication. A major part of your daily role involves phone outreach: reaching out to prospective families, following up on inquiries, booking trial classes, and guiding parents through enrollment. You'll also welcome students, keep the front desk running smoothly, handle schedules, and answer parent questions. If you love connecting with people over the phone, build trust quickly, and enjoy seeing projects through to completion, you will excel here. Schedule 20

PM Pay:
$17
•19 per hour, based on experience.
Responsibilities Active Phone Outreach & Follow-Up:
Call new leads, return inquiries promptly, and build warm relationships with prospective families.
Enrollment & Trial Booking:
Schedule trial classes, answer questions about our programs, and walk parents through registration.
Front Desk & Daily Operations:
Greet families with warmth, handle class check-ins, and maintain a welcoming studio environment.
Administrative Support:
Manage scheduling, account billing, phone/email inquiries, and assist the director and teaching staff.
Studio Readiness:
Keep administrative areas organized and ready for daily classes.
