Front Desk Receptionist

Our growing orthodontic office is looking for a warm, confident, and highly motivated Front Desk Coordinator to join our team! This role is ideal for someone who loves people and enjoys helping patients feel excited about their orthodontic treatment. This is more than a traditional front desk position — we are looking for someone who can build relationships, guide patients through the treatment process, and confidently present treatment plans and financial options. Responsibilities Greet patients and create a welcoming experience Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage patient flow Present orthodontic treatment plans and financial arrangements Help patients start treatment and feel confident moving forward Follow up with pending treatment and nurture patient relationships Verify insurance benefits and discuss payment options Coordinate communication between patients, parents, and clinical team Maintain organization and professionalism at the front desk Qualifications Dental or orthodontic experience preferred Treatment coordinator or sales experience strongly preferred Excellent communication and customer service skills Friendly, outgoing, and confident personality Comfortable discussing finances and closing treatment acceptance Strong multitasking and organizational abilities Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset What We're Looking For We are searching for someone who: Naturally connects with people Brings positive energy to the office Is detail-oriented and dependable Takes initiative and enjoys helping the practice grow Loves creating an exceptional patient experience If you are passionate about patient care, sales, and creating an amazing experience, we would love to meet you!
