We are currently seeking a Part Time Receptionist to be the face of our studio, ensuring exceptional customer service and smooth front desk operations. As a Receptionist, you will play a vital role in creating a positive first impression for our clients and supporting the daily functions of the salon.
  • DUTIES:
  • Greet clients and assist them with check-ins, appointments, and inquiries.
  • Manage incoming calls and correspondence professionally
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, ensuring it reflects our commitment to excellence.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments and managing the salon's calendar efficiently.
  • Provide personalized assistance to clients, offering support with services, products, and general inquiries.
  • QUALIFICATIONS
  • Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred.
  • Familiarity with the beauty industry is a plus, but not a must.
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor are essential for interacting with clients effectively.
