Job Description
- Full-Time Medical Receptionist
- Premium Podiatry Office (Georgetown)
- Our growing podiatry practice is expanding our Georgetown location, and we're looking for a friendly, polished medical receptionist to be the welcoming face of our office. If you take pride in delivering an exceptional patient experience and thrive in a fast-paced, professional environment, we'd love to meet you.
- What You'll Do
- Greet and check in patients with warmth and professionalism
- Schedule and confirm appointments, manage the daily calendar
- Answer phones, respond to patient inquiries, and route messages
- Verify insurance, collect co-pays, and update patient records in our EMR
- Coordinate with clinical staff to keep the day running smoothly
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front-desk area
- What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of medical receptionist experience (required)
- A true team player who also works independently and takes initiative
- Quick learner — comfortable picking up new systems and workflows
- Strong communication skills and a calm, friendly demeanor
- Detail-oriented with solid computer and EMR skills
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to patient confidentiality (HIPAA)
