Minimum Qualifications:

High School Diploma, GED One year clerical experience (preferably in a public school environment)

Must possess proficient clerical and computer skills Ability to interpret and disseminate information to individuals and groups of people Excellent interpersonal skills Ability to communicate effectively (orally and written) with general public (English and Spanish) Ability to operate multi-line phone system Ability to work independently
