Patch Collection Position Overview:

Patch Collection is seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist. This role is the first point of contact for our customers and plays a key part in delivering an exceptional in-store and remote experience. The ideal candidate is professional, outgoing, and motivated to provide excellent service while supporting both retail and custom order operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding customer service to all walk-in customers Assist customers with retail purchases and confidently upsell products Manage and accurately process custom orders , ensuring attention to detail and customer satisfaction Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner Maintain an organized and efficient front desk environment Support team members and contribute to a positive, collaborative workplace

Schedule:

Full-time and part-time positions available Must be available for at least one weekend day Flexibility to work events , including occasional weekends, as needed

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of customer service experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent phone etiquette Highly organized and detail-oriented Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Team-oriented mindset
