Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist guests in a professional manner Answer, screen, and transfer phone calls Scan, file, and organize documents Type letters and business documents Manage incoming/outgoing mail Maintain office supplies and inventory Support additional data entry tasks as the role evolves ?
