Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and team members, ensuring a positive and professional experience from the moment they walk through the door. Your energetic approach and excellent organizational skills will help keep our front desk operations running smoothly while supporting various administrative functions. Responsibilities Handle front desk duties including scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars, and managing visitor sign-in procedures Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to support administrative operations with accuracy and attention to detail Utilize office management software such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks for record keeping and correspondence Support clerical tasks such as photocopying, faxing, mail distribution, and maintaining organized filing systems Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, including invoice processing and expense tracking when needed Skills Proven experience in office management or administrative support roles with strong organizational skills Excellent computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry skills Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette to handle high-volume calls professionally Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively Strong attention to detail for proofreading documents, managing calendars, and maintaining accurate records Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional communication style Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently using time management techniques in a fast-paced environment Experience with medical or dental receptionist duties is a plus but not required; training will be provided for specific industry needs Join us as a Receptionist and become an integral part of our team!
