Bilingual Check-In Receptionist (Spanish)•
Humble, TX Position Overview:
A fast-paced specialty clinic is seeking a Bilingual (Spanish) Check-In Receptionist to support a high-volume front desk team. This role is ideal for someone experienced in busy medical environments who can efficiently manage patient flow while delivering excellent customer service. This clinic sees 60-75 patients per day per team member and supports 10 physicians, working alongside a team of 4 other front desk staff.Details:

7:30 AM•4:30 PM or 8:00 AM•5:00 PM)Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome patients, visitors, and clients in a professional and friendly manner Perform patient check-in duties in a high-volume setting Collect co-pays and handle small balance transactions accurately Update and verify patient demographics and insurance information Schedule appointments, follow-ups, and procedures/testing Maintain an organized and efficient waiting room flow Assist with data entry and ensure accurate patient records Address patient questions and provide excellent customer service Collaborate with team members to support smooth front desk operations Contribute to meeting weekly Google Review goalsRequired Qualifications:
2-3 years of medical front desk experience Experience with insurance verification, benefits, and EOBs Bilingual in Spanish (required) Comfortable handling payments and basic math for patient balances Proficiency in Microsoft Office Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment EMR system experienceWhy Apply:
