Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and professional SPA Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our wellness center. In this vital role, you will create a warm, inviting environment for clients while efficiently managing front desk operations. Your positive attitude, excellent organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks with grace will ensure every guest receives exceptional customer service from the moment they walk through our doors. Responsibilities Greet clients warmly and provide a friendly, professional first impression of the spa experience Answer multi-line phone systems promptly and courteously, directing calls accurately and efficiently Manage appointment scheduling using word processing and calendar management tools, EMR, ensuring optimal client flow Handle client check-ins and check-outs with precision, including processing payments and updating records Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area, filing documents and managing office supplies Provide exceptional customer support by addressing client inquiries, confirming appointments, and offering information about services Support administrative tasks such as proofreading documents, managing client communication, and supporting office management activities Requirements Bilingual proficiency is highly preferred to serve a diverse clientele effectively Previous office management or administrative experience in a customer service environment is essential Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) and general computer skills Excellent phone etiquette with experience answering multi-line phone systems and providing professional phone reception Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting Clerical experience including filing, data entry, proofreading, and calendar management is required Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and strong communication abilities Ability to handle confidential information discreetly while maintaining professionalism at all times Fluent conversational English is required. Spanish, Korean or other additional languages are a strong plus. Friendly, patient, good communication skills and quick problem‑solving ability. Pay:
$15.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 6.0 - 8.0 per weekBenefits:
