WHO WE ARE
Isbell Rentals has been serving the Central Texas area for years, managing residential properties across Central Texas. We're a hardworking, close-knit team that takes pride in doing things right and having a good time while we're at it. Our front desk is the heartbeat of our operation, and we need someone special to keep it pumping.
THE ROLE
You'll be the face (and the voice, and the friendly email) of Isbell Rentals. Every resident, applicant, and vendor who walks through that door or picks up the phone will remember YOU. You'll keep the office humming, make sure nothing falls through the cracks, and be the connective tissue between our residents and our team out in the field.
WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO EVERY DAY
  • Be the Welcome Committee.
  • Greet every resident, applicant, vendor, and visitor like they're the best part of your day — because they are.
  • Answer phones with energy and confidence
  • Handle questions about leasing, availability, and property policies — and make sure the right people get the right info.
YOU'D BE GREAT AT THIS
IF...
  • You've done receptionist, admin, or customer service work before (1-2 years minimum).
  • You're the person your friends call when they need to get organized.
  • Multi-tasking doesn't stress you out — it kind of energizes you.
  • You can write a professional email AND chat with a walk-in customer at the same time.
  • Microsoft Office and computers don't scare you.
  • You've worked in property management, real estate, or a service-based business — bonus points!
  • You're bilingual (English/Spanish)?
