Full-time Now Hiring:
Front Office Coordinator•Kyle Dental Practice We're adding a Front Office Coordinator to our team in Kyle. This position plays a key role in delivering a smooth, welcoming experience for every patient and family that walks through our doors.
Schedule:
Monday•
Thursday:
7:30 AM•5:30 PM (1-hour lunch).
Friday:
7:30 AM•12:30 PM. About the
Role:
As the first face patients see, you'll be responsible for creating a positive and friendly check-in experience while keeping the front office running efficiently. This role goes beyond greeting patients — it's about setting the tone for the entire visit.
Primary Responsibilities:
Welcome patients and families with a professional, upbeat attitude. Oversee the check-in process with accuracy and efficiency. Help create a fun and comfortable environment, especially for children. Assist with general front office operations and team support as needed.
What You Bring:
A naturally positive, engaging personality. Strong people skills with the ability to connect easily with patients and parents. Confidence working in a busy, fast-moving environment. A team-first mindset with flexibility to support other locations if needed.
Experience & Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience in dental, medical, or customer service settings is a plus.
Core Skills:
Excellent communication, both written and verbal, Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, Ability to multitask and stay on track throughout the day, Comfortable using computers and learning new systems,
