This key position is responsible for front desk duties including providing excellent and friendly customer service, patient check-in/check-out, appointment scheduling, referral management, and collections. Must be able to float between our four clinic locations: Kyle, San Marcos, Dripping Springs, and Southwest Austin on a weekly basis. Salary is commensurate with experience. Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent Experience working in a medical facility preferred but not required Excellent customer service skills and must be comfortable speaking with patients in a friendly and personable manner Must demonstrate professionalism Must be a self-starter with a positive attitude and demonstrate a willingness to learn Must be organized, efficient, and have great critical thinking skills as well as an investigational attitude Excellent computer and telephone skills Excellent communication skills Detail oriented This position is subject to a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
