Receptionist

Receptionist Position Overview The Receptionist is responsible for creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere in the school front office for our parents, guests, students, and faculty. This includes greeting and checking in guests, answering all incoming phone calls, fielding requests from staff, assisting with daily student attendance, assisting Valor school leadership, and other duties. Key skills and attributes of the Receptionist include: Proficiency in Spanish (speaking and writing) is strongly preferred for this position. High level of professionalism and warmth. Ability to carry out tasks with accuracy, efficiency, reliability, and attention to detail. Positive, professional spoken and written communication skills. Strong time management and personal organization skills. Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
