We're hiring a Front Desk Receptionist in Fort Worth to welcome visitors, answer calls, handle basic requests, and help keep the front desk organised. You'll work with customers, visitors, and team members throughout the day while helping with the everyday needs of the office. Your Day-to-Day As a Front Desk Receptionist, you'll be one of the first points of contact for visitors and customers. You'll greet people as they arrive, answer incoming calls, provide information, and help make sure messages, appointments, and basic requests are handled properly. Key Responsibilities Greet visitors, customers, and guests in a friendly manner Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person Respond to general questions and provide basic information Manage visitor sign-ins and front desk records Schedule or confirm appointments when needed Take messages and pass information to team members Receive deliveries and direct them to the appropriate area Keep the reception and front desk area neat and organised Assist with basic office and administrative tasks Help with customer requests and general front desk needs Ideal Candidate Friendly and comfortable speaking with different people Clear and professional communication skills Good listening and problem-solving skills Organised and attentive to detail Comfortable using computers, email, and basic office software Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic Able to stay organised in a busy office environment Previous receptionist, front desk, customer service, or office experience is helpful, but not required Work Schedule Full-time opportunities are available.
