EXPERIENCE IN FRONT OFFICE IS A MUST

The Essential Job Functions are : Answer phones Greet patients Remind patients of their appointment. Reschedule the missed appointments Keep the front office area and bathrooms clean Stock all exam rooms Recruit and screen patients for assigned studies Provide education to patients to help with compliance and retention Complete all relevant site-level trainings in a timely manner Understand all internal policies and procedures approved by the Medical Director, Site Director, and any other departments. MUST BE Bilingual Scanning and data entry. Other office task as required by supervisor
