Part-Time Office Assistant Perfect for school-hour flexibility! Looking for a part-time role that fits your schedule? This is a great opportunity for moms with kids in school, college students, or anyone looking for steady weekday hours with room to grow.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday | 8:30 AM - 2:30 PM Opportunity to grow into a full-time position for the right candidate Are you organized, dependable, and love keeping things running smoothly? We're looking for a Part-Time Office Assistant to join our growing team! This is the perfect opportunity for someone who wants a rewarding position with daytime hours that fit around school schedules, while also offering the opportunity to grow into a full-time role.
What You'll Do:
Administrative Support Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails Assist with scheduling appointments, service calls, and managing team calendars Prepare, organize, and maintain office documents and records Coordinate and process outgoing UPS and FedEx shipments, including drop-offs and tracking Office Coordination Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment Order and restock office and operational supplies Assist with internal meetings and team communication coordination Inventory Management Track and maintain inventory of equipment, parts, and supplies Organize storage areas and ensure proper labeling Notify management when stock needs replenishing Check in and issue equipment for upcoming projects SharePoint & File Management Organize and maintain company files in SharePoint Clean up outdated, duplicate, or unnecessary files and folders Ensure consistent file naming and proper document storage Help team members locate and access important documents Marketing & Communication Support (as needed) Assist with company announcements and communications (such as Constant Contact emails) Help maintain contact lists and internal systems
