Responsibilities:

Warmly greet guests and assist them with checking in and out Efficiently handle appointment scheduling and phone inquiries Uphold salon cleanliness and maintain our high standards Educate guests on the Frenchies Way and ensure a seamless experience Inform guests about the benefits of the Frenchies Polish Pass program, encouraging enrollment Provide attentive service throughout guests' visits to enhance comfort

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years in customer service or sales experience.
