Job Description

Our Receptionist delivers dynamic service while assisting members to the appropriate departments. We are looking for a candidate that possesses the following skills; a high school diploma or equivalent and excellent customer service experience. ADDITIONAL REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
At Least 1 month of similar or related experienceDemonstrates the ability to work independently while taking initiative in a fast-paced environmentAbility to multi-task while handling a high volume of incoming calls Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skillsFriendly, positive, and outgoing with the ability to provide exceptional member service through empathy, courtesy, and tactDependable; punctual and regular attendanceAbility to work well in a team environment and support the credit unions mission and values

Monday through Thursday 8:15AM to 5:15PMFridays 8:15AM to 5:15PM or 9:15AM to 6:15PMRotating Saturdays 6:45AM to 10:15AM
