Job Description Responsibilities:

Answer phones and assist customers with any questions or concerns Become proficient in scheduling and billing of dental lab cases using the operating software Magic Touch Disinfect incoming dental cases Manage incoming and outgoing shipments Track packages to ensure on-time delivery Filing documentation Additional duties as assigned or as otherwise required Qualifications Knowledge of dental lab products, materials, and techniques preferred Basic computer knowledge with ability to learn new programs High level of attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills Highly motivated with the ability to quickly learn procedures and products Exceptional customer service skills Maintain clean equipment and work area Team player is a must High School diploma or equivalent required Additional Information •All new hires will be required to pass our standard employee background check• MicroDental Laboratories and Modern Dental Laboratory USA are proud to be an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
