At Beauty Freak, we are dedicated to providing first class care and fabulous experience for our clients. We are looking for a dedicated Spa Receptionist to join our team who shares a deep passion for beauty, wellness & spectacular customer service.
Job Summary:
Are you the organized, charming multitasker who keeps everything running smoothly while making clients feel like royalty? Beauty Freak is seeking a Spa Receptionist to own the front desk with professionalism, positivity, and an uncanny ability to juggle schedules, clients, and chaos with a smile. If you thrive in a fast-paced, beauty-and-wellness-focused environment, you might just be our new secret weapon.
Key Responsibilities:
Be the face of the spa: Greet clients warmly, check them in for appointments, and provide a 5-star welcome experience. Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and a dash of charm.
Manage appointments and schedules:
Book, reschedule, and confirm client appointments using the spa's booking system. Ensure optimal flow by coordinating appointments for technicians and managing wait times. Support sales & marketing: Promote spa services, packages, and products to clients, offering tailored recommendations. Process payments accurately and manage gift card sales, loyalty programs, and promotions.
Keep operations seamless:
Maintain an organized and inviting front desk and lobby area. Ensure spa policies are followed, including cancellation policies and intake procedures. Assist with inventory checks and ordering for retail products and supplies.
Deliver exceptional client service:
Answer questions about treatments, pricing, and post-care instructions with expertise. Handle client concerns or issues gracefully, escalating as needed to management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Previous experience in a front desk, administrative, or customer service role. Proficiency with scheduling or booking software (experience with spa/wellness systems is a bonus). Knowledge of beauty, wellness, or medical spa treatments. Sales experience or a knack for upselling services and products. A warm, approachable demeanor with exceptional communication skills. Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle multiple tasks at once. Collaborative attitude with a willingness to support and work with others.

Fast-paced, dynamic setting requiring adaptability and a proactive approach.
Schedule:
18-25 hrs. Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday.
