Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming is looking for a professional, motivated & friendly Retail Sales Associate to join our team! Ideal candidate will have great compassion for animals, a strong commitment to customer service, excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.

Woof Gang Bakery is a leader in the pet franchise industry providing the very best in pet care. Each Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming location is a neighborhood store, offering gourmet dog treats, healthy pet foods, pet supplies, accessories and pet grooming.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: Maximize sales and provide a consistent customer experience Communicate effectively with customers to determine needs Develop exceptional relationships with current and prospective clients Maintain and stock inventory Perform inventory counts Able to speak clearly on the phone and maintain paperwork related to calls Protect the Woof Gang Bakery brand message and philosophies Display a professional personal appearance Must be able to work Saturday and/or Sunday Additional duties/responsibilities may be assigned To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies: A strong commitment to customer service Goal oriented with strong organizational skills Effective interpersonal skills with all levels of management Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with management, customers and co-workers Able to lift up to 40 pounds of merchandise Education and/or

Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent 1 year of customer service and/or retail experience (Preferred)
