Who We Are At Prickly Peach Wax Bar & Spa, we're a growing beauty studio built on strong client relationships, quality services, and a supportive team culture. We offer waxing, facials, spray tans, and brow/lash services. We're passionate about creating an environment where both our clients and team members thrive. Position Overview We're looking for a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to be the face of our spa. You'll be the first impression for our clients, setting the tone for an exceptional experience from the moment they walk in. Responsibilities Greet and check in clients with a positive, professional attitude Manage appointments through our booking software (booking, rescheduling, confirmations) Answer calls, and messages promptly Process payments and retail sales Maintain a clean, organized front desk and lobby area Assist with client intake forms and ensure completion Support the team with daily operations and client flow Promote services, memberships, and retail products Assist with capturing social media content for daily posts and promotions Qualifications Previous receptionist, customer service, or spa/salon experience preferred Strong communication and multitasking skills Comfortable using booking systems and technology Professional, reliable, and punctual Positive attitude and team-player mindset Schedule This is a part-time position averaging 25 hours per week.
