Part-Time Hotel Front Desk Receptionist

Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist to join our hotel team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with guests, providing excellent service, and handling day-to-day front desk operations. As the first point of contact, you will play a key role in creating a positive guest experience from check-in to check-out.

Responsibilities:

Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner Check guests in and out efficiently Handle reservations, walk-ins, and phone inquiries Process payments and maintain accurate records Respond to guest requests and resolve issues promptly Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Requirements:

Previous hotel front desk or customer service experience preferred (not required) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic computer skills (experience with hotel systems is a plus) Ability to multitask and stay organized Reliable, punctual, and professional Must be available to work weekends and some holidays

Schedule:

2-3 days per week Shifts may include mornings (7am-3pm) or evenings (3pm-11pm)

Pay:

Competitive hourly pay (based on experience)
